SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
IF you not pleasure with the item and wish to return it e-mails cs@maggiegiftshop.com within 3 days after 3 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You may return most merchandise for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Does not including shipping and handing fees, there is a 25% restocking fee. See Warranties/Guarantees. Most Products are backed by a standard manufacturer warranty. All returns are subject to Customer Service approval.
CONDITIONS:
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
a. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Maggie’s Gift Shop. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
b. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
Customer is responsible for originating shipping fee and return shipping fee - After 3 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! - If an item is returned to us after 15 days, we reserve the right to keep the item, and as per our return policy stated herein, a refund/credit cannot be issued, and you will be notified of such - All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer sent with the merchandise. Returns must be sent prepaid within 7 days of the date received. DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged item E-mail cs@maggiegiftshop.com within 3 day of received your item. You would be gave a mailing address were to shipped the item once we receive it Maggie’s Gift Shop will send you a new item. Damage by improper care or handling is NOT returnable Please do not return merchandise before contacting cs@maggiegiftshop.com
